Diane M. Hendricks

Chairman of the Board and Founder

Diane M. Hendricks co-founded building products distributor ABC Supply Co., Inc. (ABC) with her late husband Kenneth Hendricks in 1982. Since 2007, Diane has been the Chairman and sole owner. Diane is also Chairman of Hendricks Holding Co., Inc. (HHC) which presides over a diverse portfolio of businesses including manufacturing, distribution, real estate development, construction, recycling and life sciences.

Keith Rozolis

President and CEO

Keith Rozolis leads ABC Supply’s branch and manufacturing operations, its divisional companies and its marketing and merchandising groups and focuses on the continued development of strategic initiatives that will position ABC Supply for ongoing success.

Mike Jost

Chief Operating Officer

Mike Jost is responsible for the performance of ABC Supply branches across the country. His operations teams also support L&W Supply branches, which were acquired by ABC Supply in 2016. Jost oversees ABC Supply’s marketing and merchandising groups, as well as its real estate, education, fleet, safety and national business development teams.

Jim Anderson

Chief Financial Officer

Jim Anderson oversees a variety of functions that are vital to the company’s continued growth, including corporate development, accounting and financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, internal audit, risk management and credit.

Lisa Indgjer

Senior Vice President of Associate Services and Human Resources

Lisa Indgjer directs the breadth and depth of services provided to ABC Supply associates through the benefits, payroll, office services and human resources departments’ staff members.

Karl W. Leo

Chief Legal Officer

Karl W. Leo has managed ABC Supply’s legal matters for 25 years, including its acquisitions, contracts and litigation matters. He served as outside general counsel for the company from 1987-2010, when he was named Chief Legal Officer. He has served on ABC Supply’s board of directors since 2009 and is currently a member of its Audit Committee.

Tony Vaden

Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer, Tony Vaden oversees all aspects of ABC Supply’s information technology systems, leading the team of nearly four dozen associates that supports the computing needs of the company’s nearly 7,000 associates nationwide.

Matt Cooper

West Region Vice President

As West Region vice president, Matt Cooper has overall management responsibility for 102 ABC Supply locations in a territory that encompasses nine Western states and Hawaii.

Tom Kuchan

Northeast Region Vice-President

As Northeast Region vice president, Tom Kuchan has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and growth of 174 ABC Supply branch locations in the 12 states that comprise the company’s Northeast Region.

Frank Marcoccio

Southeast Region Vice President

As Southeast Region vice president, Frank Marcoccio oversees the management of 121 branches spread across eight states in the seven districts that comprise ABC Supply’s Southeast Region.

Jonathan Shepard

Southwest Region Vice President

As Southwest Region vice president, Jonathan Shepard oversees the management of more than 71 branch locations spread throughout the five districts that comprise ABC Supply’s Southwest Region.

Joe Small

Midwest Region Vice President

As vice president of ABC Supply’s Midwest Region, Small will be responsible for the complete business performance of the 115 ABC Supply locations across 11 states that make up the company’s Midwest Region.

As President, Dan Piche provides experienced leadership and visionary growth strategies to 185 L&W Supply locations, furthering the company’s commitment to be a world class provider of quality interior building products and a provider of exemplary customer service.
