Diane M. Hendricks is chairman of ABC Supply Co. Inc., the company she co-founded with her late husband, Ken Hendricks. Beloit, Wis.-based ABC Supply is the largest wholesale distributor of roofing in the United States and one of the nation’s largest distributors of siding, windows and other select interior and exterior building products. The company has been the recipient of seven consecutive Gallup Great Workplace Awards, which honors the most engaged and productive workforces in the world.
