Founder
Diane M. Hendricks co-founded building products distributor ABC Supply Co., Inc. with her late husband Kenneth Hendricks in 1982. Diane and Ken also founded Hendricks Holding Co., Inc. which presides over a diverse portfolio of businesses including manufacturing, distribution, real estate development, construction, recycling and life sciences.
Chief Executive Officer
Keith Rozolis leads ABC Supply’s branch and manufacturing operations, its divisional companies and its marketing and merchandising groups and focuses on the continued development of strategic initiatives that will position ABC Supply for ongoing success.
President and Chief Operating Officer
As president and COO, Mike Jost leads the performance and operations of the company's locations across North America. He also oversees ABC's branch and manufacturing operations, as well as its divisional companies, including L&W Supply. Jost's leadership extends to key areas such as marketing, merchandising, real estate, education, fleet, safety, and national business development, driving success across the organization.
Chief Financial Officer
Jim Anderson oversees a variety of functions that are vital to the company’s continued growth, including corporate development, accounting and financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, internal audit, risk management and credit.
Executive Vice President of Associate Services and Human Resources
Lisa Indgjer directs the breadth and depth of services provided to ABC Supply associates through the benefits, payroll, office services and human resources departments’ staff members.
Chief Legal Officer
Karl W. Leo manages ABC Supply’s legal matters, including its acquisitions, contracts and litigation. He served as outside general counsel for the company from 1987-2010, when he was named Chief Legal Officer and has been on ABC Supply’s board of directors since 2009.
President of ABC Supply’s Branch Operations
As President of ABC Supply’s Branch Operations, Jonathan Shepard leads all branch field teams and oversees operations at the company’s National Support Center, ensuring efficiency and enhanced customer service.
Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer, Tony Vaden oversees all aspects of ABC Supply’s information technology systems in North America.
Southwest Region Vice President
As vice president of ABC Supply’s Southwest Region, Matt Belcher is responsible for overseeing business performance and growth across the seven-state region.
West Region Vice President
As West Region Vice President, Matt Cooper is responsible for overseeing the management of ABC Supply locations in our Western territory that encompasses nine states and Hawaii.
Northeast Region Vice President
As Northeast Region vice president, Tom Kuchan is responsible for the strategic direction and growth for ABC Supply locations in the company’s Northeast Region.
Midwest Region Vice President
As Vice President of ABC Supply’s Midwest Region, Small is responsible for the complete business performance of ABC Supply locations across eleven states that make up the company’s Midwest Region.
Mid-South Region Vice President
As the Mid-South Region Vice President, Scott Toumbleston is responsible for the strategic growth and operations for ABC Supply locations in the company’s Mid-South Region.
Southeast Region Vice President
As the Southeast Region Vice President, Lloyd Hamilton is responsible for overseeing business performance and strategic growth for ABC Supply locations across the region’s eight states. He will also oversee Town & Country Industries.
President of L&W Supply
As President of L&W Supply, Frank Marcoccio brings a deep understanding of the building materials industry, shaped by decades of experience. Marcoccio began his career straight out of college, gaining hands-on knowledge from the ground up, and has since held roles in sales, branch management and district management.
