Our branch managers have the authority to resolve most customer concerns. In the rare event a branch manager cannot address an issue to the customer’s complete satisfaction, our toll-free Customer Satisfaction Hotline is ready to help. Customers can simply call 1-888-492-1047 and they will be connected to the people who can best assist them.
We want to ensure that the ABC Supply buying experience – from initial order to final invoice – surpasses what our customers expect from their preferred supplier. That’s why we routinely contact customers and ask them to tell us how we’re doing.
