This may include project or job details, general contractor name and contact information, required materials, requested delivery dates, browsing history, search history, purchase history, and data regarding interactions with websites, applications, electronic communications, or advertisements. For government or prevailing wage projects, additional documentation such as government certifications, bond information, contractor licenses, and LCP tracker account numbers may be obtained.
Payment information
We may obtain payment details from our customers, including credit or debit card numbers, relevant card information, federal taxpayer identification numbers, account and authentication data, as well as billing, shipping, and contact information. When a customer applies for credit, additional information related to the application may be collected. If we procure products, services, or lease properties from you, we will gather the necessary payment details for transactions, such as your bank name, bank address, bank account number and routing number.
Demographic information
We may collect information about products or services you prefer or which branches you make your purchases from.
Geolocation information
If you purchase our products for delivery, we may collect location data of your jobs. If you use our websites, we may collect location data obtained from your IP address.
Video or audio recordings
When you visit our branches or when our trucks deliver products, we may collect in-store CCTV and other video recordings. Similarly, if you leave us voice messages, we may collect and store audio recordings.

SMS Information and Policy

Upon opting in, recipients may receive recurring automated text messages at varying frequencies, which may include business-related communications, job application updates, and other relevant notifications. Standard data and messaging charges may apply per carrier policies. The Company does not sell recipient SMS opt-ins or phone numbers for SMS purposes.
Recipients have the right to access, correct, verify, change, or delete personal information collected for SMS. To stop receiving SMS messages, individuals can opt out by texting “STOP” in response to any SMS message received. For additional assistance, texting “HELP” to an SMS message is also available. Once an opt-out request is processed, no further SMS messages will be sent, and the phone number will not be sold or transferred to another party. Opting out of SMS messages does not impact subscriptions to other types of communication arranged separately.
Information We Collect by Automated Means Offline
We may use video monitoring and recording at our branches and certain of motor vehicle fleet are equipped with internal and external facing cameras to enhance security and protect against property damage, theft and other crimes.
Information Received From Third Parties
We may collect information about you from third parties such as shipping companies, social media platforms, public records, payment processors, and product suppliers. This data is combined with information we already have and treated as personal information according to this Notice if applicable. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information from third parties.
