ABC Supply Earns 16th Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award for Employee Engagement
In 2022, ABC Supply is celebrating its 40th anniversary. This accomplishment wouldn’t be possible without the hard work of our associates. This year, we also hit another milestone that proves our associates are highly engaged and invested in the success of the company — and our customers.
ABC Supply earned the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award for the 16th consecutive year. We are also one of only two companies worldwide to have received this recognition every year since the award was created.
We’ve always put our associates first, giving them the opportunities and training to succeed and making sure ABC Supply feels like a family. The Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award recognizes the top companies around the world that incorporate employee engagement into the bedrock of how they do their work, motivate their teams and achieve business outcomes.
And we know that when our associates feel valued and empowered, they’ll in turn make sure our customers feel the same. Our associates go the extra mile to solve contractors’ problems and make it easier for them to do their jobs.
“Each contractor has their own life, desires, dreams and family. I like to think we can help in all those aspects,” explained a member of the ABC Supply Pro Council, a group of experienced ABC Supply associates from across the country. “There is more to life than work, so if we can help take some stress off a contractor’s plate, then we’re giving them more time they can spend on other things.”
“I love doing everything we can to make our customers successful. It’s a great feeling to watch existing customers grow,” an associate agreed.
