ABC Supply Co., Inc., today announced updates to the leadership structure at Town & Country Industries (TCI), a division of ABC Supply and a leading distributor of aluminum and building products. As part of these updates, district manager Coe Steele will take on expanded responsibilities within TCI effective January 1, 2026, following the retirement of longtime managing director Kurt Lackore at the end of the year.
Steele’s expanded role reflects the company’s continued investment in leadership development and long-term growth. His new responsibilities include overseeing operations and leading strategic initiatives focused on new products, team development, innovation and enhancing the customer experience. Reporting to ABC Supply’s newly formed Southeast Region, Steele will play a key role in leading the future of Town & Country Industries.

Kurt Lackore joined ABC Supply in 2005 through the acquisition of Town & Country Industries and has played a pivotal role in shaping the division’s culture and growth over the past two decades. Known for building lasting customer relationships and fostering a team-first environment, Lackore’s leadership has been defined by trust, integrity and collaboration.
