ABC Supply Expands Texas Footprint With Acquisition of Roofing Supply, – Houston, Inc.

BELOIT, Wis. — November 17, 2025 — ABC Supply Co., Inc., the largest wholesale distributor of roofing and select exterior and interior building products in North America, has acquired the assets of Roofing Supply, – Houston, Inc., located at 2600 West Mount Houston Road in Houston, Texas. This marks ABC Supply’s 58th location in the state, further strengthening its support for contractors in the Houston area.
Founded in 2019, Roofing Supply, – Houston, Inc. has been a trusted partner to residential builders and contractors across the Houston area, providing quality roofing products and accessories backed by dependable service and a values-driven team.

Owners Darren Breaux and Jeff Smejkal will continue in leadership roles, with Breaux as branch manager and Smejkal in outside sales. With their experienced team joining ABC Supply, local customers can expect a seamless transition and continued service.
