BELOIT, Wis.—Oct. 11, 2023—ABC Supply Co., Inc., the largest wholesale distributor of roofing and other select exterior and interior building products in North America, has announced that 15 leaders have been promoted to branch manager positions at locations throughout the company in the second quarter of 2023.

Ben Willard was named branch manager of the Springdale, Arkansas, location. He started his career at ABC Supply in 2010 with nearly a decade of prior industry experience.

Brian Heinonen was promoted to manager of the Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, location. Heinonen came to ABC Supply in 2014 as an outside salesperson, earning several Service Excellence Awards and gaining insight into branch operations in the years since. He also graduated from the Branch Management Training (BMT) Program in 2022.

James Weeks was named branch manager of the Florence, South Carolina, location. Weeks originally joined ABC Supply in 2020 as delivery services manager at the Holland, Michigan, branch and earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Phoenix.

Jesse Pickerill was named manager of the Naples, Florida, location. Pickerill began his career with ABC Supply in 2015 as a delivery driver at the Wichita, Kansas, location on East 1^st Street North before becoming the branch manager of a greenfield location in Junction City, Kansas, where he earned managing partner status. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Pickerill earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina.

John Tripp was named branch manager of the Kansas City, Missouri, location on Vernon Street. He joined ABC Supply in 2020 in an inside sales position at the Kansas City, Kansas, branch before becoming the assistant manager at the same location later that year. Tripp graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in sociology.

Josh Martin was named branch manager of the Hudson, Florida, location on US Highway 19. Martin started his career with ABC Supply in 2020 as an inside sales associate at the Springfield, Virginia, location before his promotion and relocation to the Hudson location. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Chowan University in Murfreesboro, North Carolina.

Kenneth Hendricks was promoted to manager of the Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, location. He has been with ABC Supply since 2015, when he started in a warehouse role at the Roscoe, Illinois, location. Hendricks then served as inside sales associate and delivery services manager at the West Milwaukee, Wisconsin, location and as assistant manager of the Fort Myers, Florida, location. He double majored in business management and marketing at Concordia University in Mequon, Wisconsin.

Mario Barone was promoted to branch manager of the Worcester, Massachusetts, location at 2 Sherman Street. Barone boasts over a dozen years of experience with ABC Supply, serving from 2011-2023 as a delivery services manager at the Pawtucket, Rhode Island, location. He also completed the BMT program in 2018.

Matt Niswander was named the manager of the Sacramento, California, location. He started his career at ABC Supply in 2015 as an inside sales associate at the Addison, Illinois, location, quickly ascending to the delivery services manager role. Niswander later graduated from the BMT program and was promoted to branch manager at the Cicero, Illinois, location in 2018, where he earned managing partner status.

Michael Pirrami was promoted to branch manager of the Denver, Colorado, location on Kearney Street. He joined ABC Supply in 2011 at another Denver location as an outside salesperson before joining his current branch in 2014. Pirrami became the manager at the Colorado Springs location in 2021 and then at the Longmont, Colorado, location in 2022 before returning to Denver for his new role.

Mike Nolden was named branch manager of the Omaha, Nebraska, location on Grace Street. Nolden began in inside sales with ABC Supply in 2021 in Madison, Wisconsin, before his promotion to his current role. He also owned a roofing company in Waunakee, Wisconsin, for over a decade before joining ABC Supply.

Rick Miller was promoted to branch manager of the Abingdon, Virginia, location. Miller joined ABC Supply in 2014, bringing nearly two decades of industry experience to the company. During his time at ABC Supply, he has held delivery services manager and branch manager roles at two ABC Supply locations in California: Burlingame and Oakland.

Saintclair Mitchell Jr. was named branch manager of the Burlingame, California, location. He joined ABC Supply in 2015 at the Benwood, West Virginia, location in an inside sales role. He was later promoted to branch manager at the Miamisburg, Ohio, location before holding the same title at the Hayward, California, branch.

Taylor Bagley was promoted to branch manager of the Gardena, California, location on 182^nd Street. Bagley joined ABC Supply in 2022 in an outside sales role at the same location before being named branch manager this year.

Troy Willey was named branch manager of the Ukiah, California, location. Willey came to ABC Supply in 2018 as an inside sales associate at the greenfield location in Ukiah after working in the construction industry for over 40 years in the Ukiah Valley community.
