ABC Supply Co., Inc. Acquires the Assets of United Roofing Supply

BELOIT, Wis. — March 20, 2024 — ABC Supply Co., Inc., the largest wholesale distributor of roofing and other select exterior and interior building products in North America, has acquired the assets of United Roofing Supply in Katy, Texas. The acquisition marks the second company location in Katy, Texas, and the 51st in Texas.

Since it was established in 2020 by owner Andres Blanco, the acquired United Roofing Supply location (1403 Vander Wilt Ln., Katy, Texas) has been a trusted provider of residential roofing products and related accessories to area contractors.
