ABC Supply Co. Inc. Acquires the Assets of Robosson Supply, Inc.

BELOIT, Wis.—March 21, 2018—Building products distributor ABC Supply Co. Inc. has acquired the assets of Robosson Supply, Inc., a distributor of select exterior building materials, primarily siding, windows and gutters, located at 5329 Enterprise St. in Sykesville, Maryland, and will continue to serve professional contractors out of this location.
The acquisition provides ABC Supply with its 15th location in Maryland. Current Robosson Supply associates will continue to work at the location, providing a seamless transition for existing customers.
