ABC Supply Co. Inc. Acquires the Assets of Exterior Building Supply

Acquisition to strengthen company’s relationship with contractors

BELOIT, Wis. —March 12, 2020 — Building products distributor ABC Supply Co. Inc. has acquired the assets of Exterior Building Supply, a distributor of exterior building materials, primarily siding and gutters, located at 301 E. 5th Street in Meridian, Idaho.

By acquiring Exterior Building Supply, ABC Supply increases its team of experienced associates and strengthens its presence in the greater Boise market. It will become ABC Supply’s third location in the area.
