ABC Supply Co. Inc. Acquires the Assets of Badger Building Supply Inc.

Business to be incorporated into ABC Supply’s West Milwaukee, Wisconsin, branch

BELOIT, Wis.—Dec. 20, 2019— Building products distributor ABC Supply Co. Inc. has acquired the assets of Badger Building Supply Inc. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The acquisition includes Badger Building Supply’s roofing and siding business, which will be integrated into ABC Supply’s West Milwaukee branch, located at 4800 W. Electric Ave.

Current Badger Building Supply associates will join ABC Supply’s West Milwaukee team, providing a seamless transition for existing customers.
