ABC Supply Co., Inc. Acquires the Assets of Roofing and Supplies, Inc.

BELOIT, Wis. — March 24, 2025 — ABC Supply Co., Inc., the largest wholesale distributor of roofing and other select exterior and interior building products in North America, has acquired Roofing & Supplies, Inc., located at 2503 Hull St. in Richmond, Virginia.

Founded in 1970 by Luther Linwood Caudle Sr., Roofing & Supplies, Inc. is a family-owned business with a strong reputation local among contractors, specializing in residential roofing, gutter products and related accessories. The company is currently operated by the second-generation sibling duo Luther Caudle Jr. and Gay Caudle.
