I, (“Entrant”), am providing ABC Supply Co., Inc. (“ABC”), with information related to a project (the “Submission”), which may be featured in ABC’s social media platforms (the “Media”).
I hereby submit and give ABC irrevocable, license-free and perpetual permission to use the Submission, and to take and create photographs, images, videos, recordings, quotes, summaries, biographies, and/or excerpts of and about the Submission.
ABC, in its sole discretion, may use and re-use, publish, distribute, and/or broadcast the Submission, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs, images, videos, text, quotes, summaries, biographies, and/or excerpts, in any and all promotional, educational, business, trade, advertising, and marketing materials, including, but not limited to, in connection with product endorsements.
Except where legally prohibited, Entrant grants ABC the right to use, publish and use his/her name, state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness, and any entry which has been submitted, for advertising, publicity, promotion and/or disclosure purposes in all ABC’s Media, worldwide, without limitation or additional compensation as a result of the submission.
I hereby waive any right that I may have to review and revise any use of the Submission by ABC, and hereby represent and warrant that I have the necessary rights in the Submission to confer upon ABC the rights granted herein.
I release and hold harmless ABC, from any and all claims that may arise out of or in connection with the Submission.
I have read and understand what this Release means.
