ABC Supply Honored with Live United Award

As a cornerstone of our Core Values, the idea to “give back” is consistently a priority for ABC Supply branches and associates. From the national headquarters in Beloit, Wisconsin, to the more than 700 locations across the U.S., ABC Supply associates go above and beyond to give back to their respective communities through community service and volunteering.

An example of our associates’ dedication to their communities was honored this year as ABC Supply’s National Support Center received the Live United Award from United Way’s Blackhawk Region (Janesville, Wisconsin), which is given out annually to a company that shows exceptional support to United Way through workplace campaigns and volunteering.

ABC Supply’s employee workplace campaign exceeded initial goals for three consecutive years while pledging the most support of any corporate partner since the Blackhawk Region was established five years ago. ABC Supply associates also lend their talents in other initiatives like United Way’s Day of Caring, where companies across the region spend a day volunteering in the community. ABC Supply associates serve on United Way committees throughout the area (including the board of directors), assisting the non-profit organization in their mission to improve communities by focusing on financial stability, education and health.

Through the company’s Core Values, ABC Supply associates are always encouraged to lend their time and talents to support organizations that make a difference in America and the world.
